OK...on with the story! This was the girls after the haircuts were all done, and everyone was happy again! Ella kept the tears at bay long enough to secure her covetted lollipop, and Natalie was just as cute as a button smiling at everyone who looked her way. We then went to Moe's to get the girls' their all time favorite lunch (cheese quesadilla, chips and sour cream).Everyone went home to take a nap (Mommy included!) and Daddy worked to get Ella's big surprise ready. After Ella woke up from her nap, Daddy locked himself in her room to finish things up. She was beside herself when she could finally come back into her room to see...
HER BIG GIRL BED!!!!
Ella jumped right up on her bed and asked for her animals (which were on her bookshelf at the time). 
Natalie loved Ella's new rug with all the flowers! She'll run into the room just to talk to the flowers...
Once the dust had settled and everyone went in to eat dinner, I got some pictures of the room. It is so bittersweet to see her room look like a real big girl's room. I can't believe how fast she's growing up! She slept wonderfully last night in her bed, and woke up this morning so happy to be in her new room. We are so blessed to have two precious, beautiful girls in our lives!!!
You'll probably notice the changing pad still on the dresser. Don't worry...Ella is fully potty trained! We left it there because once Natalie moves into a toddler bed, we'll move this dresser into her room and replace it with another dresser for Ella.

ohhhh it's beautiful, even a little chair for her to sit in and read. She's gonna really enjoy this room. (and the hair is cute, too) I miss them so! love you!
